This mixer is usually used for mixing sticky, semi-liquid or to mix semi liquid with dry material to form thick paste or dough, hence it is called kneadler also, if require jacket may also be given for heating and cooling the material.

It has trough of ‘W’ shape and two rotating arms of sigma (‘Z’) shape. For removing the mix either a bottom gate may be given or a tilting arrangement may be given to tilt the complete trough. The construction may be of M.S. or S.S. or some other suitable linning may be provided. This is a unique machine for kneading.
