Precious, a name which has become almost a synonym when it comes to Scrap Processing & Crushing machines in India has now developed the Hydraulic Baling Presses. These are not only suitable to your high production, but are made easy for maintenance too, encase of any breakdown which of course, will be very rare.

Precious Bailing presses are made out of mild steel plates, with sufficient steel stiffeners, for its robust construction to with stand the bight stresses, developed during the operation of pressing. Pressing system operates only hydraulically to minimize the breakdown as well as the power consumption. High pressure pumps coupled with motor are mounted directly on the oil reservoir tank, to make the unit compact and sturdy. Besides the quick return system of hydraulic piston, the locking and unlocking systems of the box is so designed that no time be waste in it and hence ensure fast production. Four standard models are available with us, suitable to charge in Induction as well as in Arc Furnaces. (Of course we are making custom made sizes of Precious Baling presses as per the individual application, and requirement of the customers too.
