OPERATION

The incoming dry bottles containers is fed through the in feed Turn Table with suitably guided on the moving S. S. / delrin flat conveyor belt at the required speed for feeding. There are separate filling head mounted on machine top plate in the same line. When bottle reaches to the first filling station, it will be held by the mechanical/pneumatic bottle holder. Immediately it will be sensed by the bottle sensor as soon as it gets signals from sensor volumetric piston doses cream/ointment/lotion in to the container, further the container moves ahead picking up the cap from the delivery chute on the bottle for capping operation. Capping operation can be Metal cap or Screw Cap. Finally the container moves further for induction seal or to the packing station, Machine is also capable to cooling attachment before sealing.

After filling star wheel bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the bottle pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap feeding bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of threading & sealing.
